We’re Hiring: Merchandiser – Menswear

📍 Location: Mumbai

💰 Compensation: ₹14–18 LPA

🕒 Experience: 6–10 Years

Are you passionate about men’s fashion and skilled at driving category performance We’re looking for an experienced Merchandiser – Menswear to join our team and play a key role in curating, planning, and executing winning assortments for our menswear division.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage the merchandising strategy for menswear to drive growth and profitability
• Plan and monitor seasonal assortments, ensuring a strong balance of fashion and basics
• Collaborate with design, buying, production, and retail teams to deliver a compelling product range
• Track, analyze, and report category performance to optimize inventory and pricing strategies
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely deliveries and quality standards
• Drive store-level product allocation and monitor sell-through rates to reduce markdowns
• Stay updated on market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• 6–10 years of merchandising experience in menswear (retail/fashion / apparel industry)
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, assortment planning, and inventory control
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, and leadership abilities
• MBA / Postgraduate in Fashion Management or related field preferred
