This is a full-time, on-site role located in Manesar for a Merchandiser. The Merchandiser will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, managing customer orders, overseeing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with production teams, analyzing market trends, assisting with retail strategies, and collaborating on marketing initiatives to meet sales and customer service objectives.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Experience in Sales and Retail to drive performance and contribute to revenue generation
• Solid Marketing knowledge and skills to support promotional campaigns and market analysis
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for overseeing workflows and meeting deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Design, or equivalent
• Familiarity with textile or apparel manufacturing is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
