Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and review customer orders carefully, seeking clarifications if needed before preparing the Sales Confirmation.
  • Ensure Sales Confirmations are thoroughly checked and sent to the customer on the same day the query or order is received.
  • For regular orders, ensure Sales Confirmations with delivery dates are sent to customers within 3 to 4 working days.
  • Revert all modification/deviation (Mod/Dev) orders to customers after receiving confirmed dates from the R&D department.
  • Accompany every order with an Order Check List Document and file it in the respective customer files once the order is shipped.
