Merchandiser

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Merchandiser located in Agra. The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and managing orders, coordinating with artisans to ensure high-quality production, and supporting the marketing and retail strategies. Need to work as the crucial link between international buyers and manufacturers, managing the entire lifecycle of an export order from initial inquiry to final shipment, focusing on timelines (Time & Action Calendar), sourcing, sampling, production tracking, quality control, documentation, and logistics, ensuring product specs, quality, and delivery deadlines are meet

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills for effective interactions with buying agencies and buyers /Vendors
• Understanding of marketing strategies to support product promotion and build brand awareness.
• Ability to work collaboratively with artisans and teams in an on-site setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in Stone hardgoods is a Plus
