Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser, based in New Delhi. The Merchandiser will oversee the display and arrangement of products to optimize sales and enhance customer experience. Daily tasks include coordinating with suppliers, analyzing sales trends, implementing effective marketing and merchandising strategies, monitoring stock levels, and collaborating with store teams. The role also involves ensuring compliance with industry standards and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and store teams.
- Proficiency in Sales and Retail operations, with a focus on achieving business objectives and enhancing customer experience.
- Knowledge of Marketing strategies and their application to merchandising efforts.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales trends, manage stock levels, and create effective product displays to boost sales.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and retail management systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
