Role Description The Merchandiser role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and executing in-store product displays, ensuring optimal stock levels, and maintaining visual standards that align with brand guidelines. This role includes coordinating with sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities, analyzing product performance and customer preferences, and preparing reports on inventory, sales trends, and merchandising effectiveness. The Merchandiser will also interact with store staff and customers to gather feedback, resolve merchandising issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Customer Service and Retail skills to manage in-store merchandising activities, support store operations, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Sales and Marketing skills to support promotional campaigns, drive product visibility, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for planning displays, monitoring stock levels, and maintaining accurate records.
• Basic analytical skills to interpret sales data, customer feedback, and merchandising performance metrics.
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Prior experience in merchandising, retail, or FMCG sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
