Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser located in New Delhi. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing product displays, partnering with sales and marketing teams to optimize sales performance, and ensuring inventory availability. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, liaising with customers to meet their needs, and ensuring that products meet quality and brand standards. Collaborating with retail teams and managing customer expectations will be part of daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with an ability to build effective relationships and address client needs
- Experience in Sales and Marketing, including a strong understanding of market trends and strategies
- Knowledge of Retail operations and merchandising standards
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and adapt to fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail is an advantage
