Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser based in Mumbai. The Merchandiser will manage daily operations including coordinating with customers and production teams, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities also include analyzing market trends, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, preparing reports, and maintaining detailed inventories to meet production and business goals.

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Merchandiser to join our team, specifically for our footwear product line. While experience in footwear merchandising is preferred, we welcome candidates with merchandising experience in other product categories who are eager to learn and grow in the footwear industry.

Requirements:

Min 1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in footwear merchandising.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective buyer and team interactions.

Knowledge of production processes and quality standards in footwear (preferred).

Experience with international buyers or export processes is an added advantage.
