Merchandiser

Looking for a merchandiser with a minimum of 2 year PQE. This is a full-time offline position. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm. Office is located in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Responsibilities

• Book & Track Shipments & Returns
• Coordinating Deliveries with Shipping Partners & Customers
• Answer customer queries
• Assist in packaging and dispatch
• Track & Supervise manufacturing process
• Work in tandem with Social Media team

Data Entry Responsibilities

• Record Attendance
• Record Employee Production
• Record Workshop Production
• Record & manage out-sourced job work

Inventory & Platform Management Responsibilities

• Manage Raw and Ready Inventory
• Manage website back-end

Qualifications

• Proficient with English
• Must have knowledge of different fabrics
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role with an apparel business
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Shopify, Zoho Books, & Google Sheets
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Comfort working with multiple groups within business
