A fast-scaling leader in the consumer goods manufacturing sector, we specialize in designing, producing, and delivering high-quality soft plush toys and home décor items for global retail partners. Our merchandising team bridges design, production, and retail strategy—ensuring products are on-trend, cost-optimized, and shelf-ready for mass-market success across India and international markets.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end merchandising for soft plush product lines—from concept briefs to final retail execution, ensuring alignment with seasonal trends and retailer demands.
• Collaborate with design, sourcing, and production teams to translate creative briefs into manufacturable, cost-efficient product specs with clear BOMs and quality benchmarks.
• Manage vendor relationships across tier-1 and tier-2 manufacturers in India, negotiating timelines, MOQs, and compliance with quality and safety standards (ISO, ASTM, EN71).
• Develop merchandising calendars and assortment plans that drive category growth, inventory turnover, and margin optimization for key retail accounts.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor assortments to adjust product mix, pricing, and promotional strategies in real-time.
• Oversee pre-production samples, tech packs, and quality audits to ensure final products meet retail buyer specifications and global compliance standards.
