Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Merchandiser specializing in Leather Goods located in Kolkata. The Merchandiser will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing orders, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of quality products. The role also requires identifying market trends, negotiating with clients, working on product development, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
• Proficient in Sales and Retail for managing orders and understanding market dynamics
• Marketing knowledge to identify trends and develop strategies that enhance product appeal
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders effectively
• Minimum Experience of 5 years in the leather goods industry
