Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Junior Merchandiser - Textile. The Junior Merchandiser will be responsible for coordinating with production teams, assisting in the design and development of school-wear merchandise, managing inventory, and liaising with clients to ensure product requirements and delivery timelines are met. The role also includes market analysis, handling customer feedback, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and the internal team.
• Proficiency in Sales and Retail operations, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Basic understanding of Marketing principles for promoting products and building brand awareness.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in textile merchandising or related fields and familiarity with school-wear trends is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Technology, Textile Design, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
