Merchandiser Head / Merchandising Manager (Production) – Garments Industry

Lead the merchandising team and coordinate with buyers for daily operations.

Review product costing and pricing; prepare cost sheets for samples.

Communicate with key domestic and international buyers.

Develop and manage key accounts while following up on new developments.

Oversee sampling, product development, and coordinate with the design team.

Monitor and ensure timely execution of all orders and production schedules.

Ensure compliance with merchandising budgets and supervise all merchandising activities.

Conduct training and job orientation programs for new merchandisers.

Procure orders and track material delivery dates and rates from suppliers.

Coordinate production, dispatch, and quality departments to ensure correct quality and timely delivery.

Work on ERP systems and maintain effective communication with buyers and internal teams.

Regularly visit factories and monitor buyers purchasing trends.
