Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Merchandiser, located in New Delhi. The Assistant Merchandiser will assist with product planning, support sales and promotional activities, coordinate with suppliers, and monitor inventory levels. The role involves communicating with internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with the company's merchandising goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for collaboration and coordination with teams and partners
• Customer Service skills to enhance customer satisfaction and handle client inquiries
• Knowledge of Sales and Retail operations to support merchandising strategies
• Marketing knowledge to align merchandise promotions and sales strategies
• Detail-oriented mindset, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
