They analyze sales trends, manage stock, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure the right products are available at the right time.Core ResponsibilitiesInventory Management: Monitor stock levels, forecast consumer demand, and execute ordering or replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock.Display & Layout: Design and set up appealing in-store displays, utilize planograms, and arrange products to attract customer attention and drive purchases.Sales Analysis: Track sales data, assess product performance, and identify markdowns or promotions needed to move inventory.Vendor Collaboration: Negotiate pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules with suppliers and distributors.Brand Compliance: Ensure retail spaces adhere to company standards and that promotional signage is properly placed.Key Skills & QualificationsAnalytical Thinking: Strong capability in analyzing data, metrics, and consumer behavior.Organization & Detail Orientation: Ability to track large volumes of inventory and manage multiple store locations or product categories.Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for coordinating with store management, warehouse teams, and vendors.Technical Proficiency: Experience with inventory management software, retail POS systems, and data analytics tools
