Merchandiser & Buying Team Junior & Senior

We are looking for organised, detail-oriented and proactive Merchandisers and Buying professionals at Junior and Senior levels to join our team.

• Create and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) in Logic and OneDrive.
• Coordinate with designated manufacturing units on materials, trims, fabrics, prints and other product requirements.
• Discuss product requirements with factories and ensure all specifications are clearly communicated.
• Plan and track sampling timelines, approvals and production dates.
• Coordinate with Design, Buying, Production and Factory teams to ensure smooth product development.
• Follow up on samples, approvals, materials and production milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all product and order information is updated regularly.
• Identify and communicate any delays, quality issues or production concerns to the relevant teams.
  

• Degree/Diploma in Fashion, Apparel, Merchandising or a related field.
• Good understanding of garments, fabrics, trims and production processes.
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good working knowledge of Excel, ERP/software systems and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

For Senior Merchandisers: Experience in managing factories, production timelines, vendor coordination and end-to-end product development will be an advantage.
