They act as the bridge between suppliers, store managers, and consumers to ensure the right products are available at the right time.Key ResponsibilitiesVisual Display: Set up attractive, brand-approved product displays, endcaps, and promotional signage following planograms.Inventory Management: Restock shelves, rotate stock using FIFO methods, and remove damaged or expired goods.Sales & Market Analysis: Track inventory movement, analyze sales data, and monitor competitor pricing and product placement.Relationship Management: Build positive rapport with store managers and buyers, communicating stock needs and promotional feedback.Reporting: Complete regular store-visit reports detailing inventory counts, display compliance, and competitive observations.Requirements & QualificationsEducation: High school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or retail management is often preferred.Experience: 1 to 3 years of retail, sales, or merchandising experience.Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods, walk store floors, and frequently lift or move up to 50 lbs.Skills: Strong visual sense, basic math and data analysis skills, and clear communication abilities.If you'd like, let me know:
