Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Agra for a Merchandiser and Customer Coordinator. Key responsibilities include coordinating with production and quality teams, handling customer queries, The candidate will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to drive satisfaction and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
• Experience in Sales and Marketing to support business growth and client relationships
• Familiarity with Retail operations to manage inventory and assist in customer needs
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, with strong problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in the footwear or export industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools would be advantageous
• CFTI, FDDI, GLI Diploma/Degree Holders
