About the Role

We are hiring MEPF Design Engineers and MEPF Costing Engineers with 5–8 years of hands-on experience exclusively in the MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire-fighting) industry. Immediate joiners strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities – Design

• End-to-end MEPF system design — HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire-fighting, ELV

• Load calculations, equipment selection and sizing

• Layout drawings on AutoCAD and Revit MEP

• BOQ preparation, technical specifications, vendor coordination

• Site coordination and design support during execution

Key Responsibilities – Costing

• BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs for full MEPF scope

• Vendor RFQs, comparative analysis, rate analysis

• Tender preparation, costing, and budgeting for EPC projects

• Cost control and value engineering during project execution

Must-Have

• B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• 5–8 years of experience strictly in the MEPF industry (no other industry will be considered)

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit MEP a strong plus

• Working knowledge of NBC, NFPA, IS codes

• Available to join immediately
