Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP Trainer based in Kochi. The MEP Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. Responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting practical and theoretical sessions, assessing the performance of trainees, providing feedback, and ensuring the course content is up-to-date with industry standards and advancements. The trainer will also work closely with trainees to ensure they are well-prepared for their professional careers.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and design
• Strong instructional and classroom management skills with experience in training and mentoring
• Proven ability to develop and design training materials tailored to student needs
• Effective communication skills to deliver technical concepts clearly and support trainees in their learning journey
• Prior industry experience and knowledge of the latest MEP tools and technologies
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other relevant software would be advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering disciplines
• Team collaboration ability and a commitment to student development
