- Site Execution Supervision Lead the on-site execution of all MEP services (HVAC, Electrical, ELV, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) specifically within the context of interior fit-out environments. Manage and supervise sub-contractors and site technicians to ensure workmanship meets the highest industry standards. Ensure that all installations are integrated seamlessly with architectural and interior design elements (ceilings, partitions, joinery).
- Technical Coordination Review and validate MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and Method Statements before execution. Perform clash detection on-site, identifying and resolving spatial conflicts between different MEP disciplines and the interior structure. Coordinate closely with the Interior Designer, Project Manager, and Client to align technical requirements with aesthetic goals.
- Quality Compliance Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with local building codes, , and project specifications. Manage the Testing Commissioning (TC) phase for all MEP systems, ensuring smooth handover to the client. Ensure the as-built drawing to be prepared by the contractor.
- Project Controls Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule; identify potential delays and implement recovery plans.
