Role Summary
Responsible for coordinating and supervising MEP project execution at site, ensuring work is completed on time, as per drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day HVAC and Fire Fighting site execution.
- Review and interpret HVAC, Fire Fighting drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, clients, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor site progress, material availability, installation quality, and adherence to project timelines.
- Supervise HVAC and Fire Fighting installation, testing, commissioning, and snagging activities.
- Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with other MEP services such as Electrical, Plumbing, and ELV to avoid site clashes and ensure smooth execution.
- Support project handover, documentation, and closure activities.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and Fire Fighting systems.
- Hands-on experience in site execution, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Ability to read and understand MEP/HVAC/Fire Fighting drawings and BOQs.
- Strong vendor, contractor, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and site management skills.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in HVAC and Fire Fighting project execution/site supervision.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, or system integration projects preferred.
- Candidates with strong hands-on exposure to HVAC and Fire Fighting projects will be preferred.
