Job Title: MEP Site Engineer

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or related field.

Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of site experience.

Basic knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting).

Ability to read basic construction drawings (training provided if required).

Role & Responsibilities:

Check and inspect MEP-related works on slab before, during, and after concreting, including:

Electrical conduits, boxes, sleeves, and embedded items

Plumbing sleeves, pipes, and floor traps

HVAC sleeves and openings

Fire fighting sleeves and inserts

Ensure all MEP services embedded in slabs are installed as per approved drawings and coordination layouts.

Coordinate with civil and structural teams to confirm correct positioning of sleeves, openings, and cast-in items prior to slab casting.

Verify levels, alignment, spacing, and clearances of MEP installations on slabs.

Supervise and execute MEP works across different sites, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.

Monitor daily MEP execution activities and manage subcontractors and technicians at site.

Identify site issues and coordinate with consultants and project engineers for resolution.

Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities when required.

Skills:

Willingness to learn and work on construction sites.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD is an advantage.

Ability to work under guidance and follow instructions.
