MEP Site Engineer - Corporate Fit-Out Projects

Job Title: MEP Engineer – Corporate Interior Fit-Out

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review MEP designs and layouts in coordination with
• architectural and interior design teams for corporate office interiors.
• Ensure MEP systems are efficiently integrated within the constraints of
• the interior design concept.
• Partly participate in Prepare MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical
• specifications for tender and construction.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for MEP system
• planning and execution.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure MEP installations align with approved
• designs and safety standards.
• Manage technical submittals, RFIs, and MEP shop drawing reviews.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, sustainability standards
• (e.g., LEED), and health & safety regulations.
• Participate in project meetings, report progress, and resolve technical
• issues.
• Provide technical support during construction and post-construction
• phases (testing, commissioning, handover).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or
• related field).
• Minimum 3.5 years of experience in MEP design and execution,
• preferably in corporate interior fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Project office, MS office etc.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, lighting, fire protection, plumbing, and
• Electrical systems relevant to office interiors.

Familiarity with green building design and energy efficiency standards is

a plus.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
