Job Responsibilities:
- Scrutinize MEP Contractors/Vendors Bills, (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) for accuracy, compliance, and coordination with site team.
- Review MEP approved GFC/Shop drawings.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with site team, Contractor's execution teams and project engineers to resolve technical queries.
- Verify BOQs, technical specifications, and material submittals related to MEP works.
- Support site teams by providing clarifications on approved drawings and revisions.
- Maintain proper documentation of Work order, Purches order, approvals, revisions and observations.
- Assist in value engineering and optimization of MEP systems where required.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of MEP execution practices.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP, architectural, and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of Indian standards, local authority norms, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (MEP drawings); basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 23 years of hands-on experience in MEP execution or design scrutiny.
- Exposure to residential, commercial, or mixed-use construction projects.
- Ability to work closely with consultants and site teams.
- Willingness to travel to project sites, if required.
