Hiring: MEP Project Manager – Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a highly experienced MEP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Define scope, goals, and deliverables while collaborating with stakeholders.

Planning & Integration: Develop detailed schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring MEP systems integrate seamlessly with other trades.

Technical Oversight: Review and approve MEP design drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.

Site Management: Monitor on-site installations for quality compliance and resolve technical conflicts.

Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.

Financial & Safety Control: Monitor project expenses against budgets and enforce international site safety standards.

Requirements:

Education: B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the Dubai/UAE MEP sector.

Expertise: Proven track record in overseeing testing, commissioning, and final handover of MEP systems.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
