Graduate / Diploma Electrical/Mechanical Engineer with 10- 12 years experience in execution of Hotel projects MEP works
Candidates must have sound knowledge of MEP services viz. Elec./HVAC/Fire fighting/BMS etc.
Should have sound knowledge of MS Office, Power point and MS Project
Responsibility
- Execute and monitor project activities of MEP services.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Co- ordination with all agencies such as Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, PA System, CCTV System, BMS System, Communication System, etc.
- Responsible for Quality and safety work at site
- Prepare and update project plans and status reports
- Arrange progress review meetings with sub-contractors and produce tasks and actions.
- Follow up for obtaining all the requisite design/drawings for execution
- Ensure daily, weekly, monthly reports are prepared timely and in agreed standard formats.
- Review the daily, weekly, and monthly reports pertaining to Design & Build / Fit out works.
- Ensure efficient coordination between all departments. (Civil & Interior, MEP, Stores, Admin, QS, QA/QC etc.)
- Monitor and control wastages on project.
