Job Description

Position: Senior Program Manager (MEP)

Tata Consulting Engineers Limited is building a semiconductor assembly and test facility in India with a commitment to excellence and cutting-edge technology, thus shaping the future of the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Control: Develop and manage project schedules, Review of project schedule, bar charts submitted by various contractors, OEMs/Agencies & support in integration in project schedule ensuring timely completion of MEP installations.

  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all MEP work meets industry standards and project specifications.

  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid project delays.

  • Progress Review Meetings: Organize and lead regular progress review meetings with stakeholders to discuss project status, challenges, and solutions.

  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with other disciplines, including civil, structural, and architectural teams, to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.

  • Vendor Management: Review and coordinate vendor data, Shop drawings, data sheets, Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) and method statements, field coordination to ensure compliance with project requirements.

  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, quality control reports, and meeting minutes, delays, catch up plans, management information relating to site progress, safety, delays & weekly construction progress.

  • Compliance: Ensure all MEP systems comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Qualification

  • B.E./ B.Tech or M.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
  • 15+ years of total experience, with at least 8+ years hands-on in Semiconductors Manufacturing / Assembly plant specifically in MEP (non-civil discipline) area
  • Min. 8-10 years of overseas experience in Semiconductors space
