Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for an MEP Project Engineer based in Bengaluru. The MEP Project Engineer will oversee the design, implementation, and management of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP services, supervising works to comply with quality standards, and managing timelines and budgets. The role involves technical problem-solving, project documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals effectively.

Role & responsibilities

Handling complete MEP works for interior fit-out projects.

  • • Coordinating with civil, interior, and design teams for smooth project execution.
  • • Reviewing MEP drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
  • • Supervising installation of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
  • • Ensuring work execution as per approved drawings and project timelines.
  • • Conducting site inspections and quality checks for MEP activities.
  • • Managing subcontractors and vendor coordination at site.
  • • Preparing daily/weekly progress reports and project updates.
  • • Identifying site issues and providing quick technical solutions.
  • • Ensuring safety standards and compliance at site.
  • • Supporting project handover and final snag clearance.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Good knowledge of MEP services in interior fit-out projects.
