Evergreen Square is Goodmayes Builders & Developers ultra-luxurious commercial and residential launch in the heart of Greater Noida — premium business suites and residences built to a standard that doesn't leave room for shortcuts. The systems running behind the walls have to match the finish on them, and that's where you come in.
We're looking for an MEP Engineer who wants real ownership at site level — not just checking drawings, but making sure what's built actually works, on time and to spec.
What You'll Own
- Supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing installations across the project site
- Review MEP drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical specifications before and during execution
- Track site progress and keep MEP works on schedule
- Coordinate directly with architects, consultants, contractors, and the project management team
- Own safety compliance, quality control, and adherence to project specifications
- Run inspections, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting on MEP systems
- Prepare project reports, material requisitions, and progress documentation
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support through execution
- Manage vendors and subcontractors on MEP-related work
- Ensure everything meets local building codes and regulatory requirements
What You'll Need
- BE/B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics & Communication Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in MEP engineering and project execution
- Solid working knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire-fighting systems, and building services
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
Nice to Have
- Experience on residential and/or commercial construction projects
- Understanding of MEP design coordination alongside site execution
- Comfort managing multiple tasks against tight project deadlines
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations
