Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced MEP Project & Billing Engineer with strong knowledge of project execution, billing, quantity verification, and coordination of MEP works. The candidate should have hands-on experience in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems along with client billing, subcontractor billing, and project coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Handling complete MEP project execution activities at site
- Preparation and verification of RA Bills for MEP works
- Client billing and subcontractor billing coordination
- Quantity take-off and verification as per drawings & BOQ
- Monitoring project progress and site work execution
- Coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams
- Preparation of DPR, WPR, and project progress reports
- Verification of measurements and reconciliation of quantities
- Ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of work
- Reviewing HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing drawings
- Material planning, estimation, and site coordination
- Tracking project costs and maintaining billing records
- Preparing variation statements and extra item billing
- Coordination for inspections and project documentation
Required Skills:- Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing systems
- Experience in MEP billing and project execution
- BOQ preparation and quantity estimation knowledge
- AutoCAD and MS Excel proficiency
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple site activities independently
Qualification:- B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Salary Budget - Upto 55k /Month
