Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced MEP Planning Engineer with strong expertise in end-to-end planning, scheduling, and coordination of MEP services in large commercial / hospital projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage MEP project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules
- Plan floor-wise / zone-wise MEP execution in coordination with Civil & Architectural teams
- Track progress through DPR, WPR, MPR, S-curves, and EVM (SPI/CPI)
- Perform critical path analysis and identify delays & mitigation plans
- Coordinate with Procurement for material planning & delivery tracking
- Participate in client/PMC review meetings and present progress reports
- Ensure alignment of MEP activities with project milestones
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5–12 Years in MEP Planning (EPC / Commercial / Hospital Projects)
- Must have handled large-value projects (300 Cr+ preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems
- Hands-on experience in Primavera P6 & advanced Excel
- Experience in hospital / institutional / high-rise projects is a strong advantage
