MEP Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Carry out detailed MEP quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation from tender, GFC, and construction drawings.

2. Review and validate contractor BOQs, measurement sheets, variations, and certify MEP RA bills.

3. Review, coordinate, and approve MEP design, shop, and coordination drawings.

4. Ensure MEP designs and execution comply with project specifications, NBC, IS codes, and statutory norms.

5. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and consultants to resolve design clashes and constructability issues.

6. Oversee day-to-day MEP execution at site to ensure adherence to approved drawings, quality, and timelines.

7. Monitor MEP progress and report status, risks, and corrective actions to VP – Engineering.

8. Manage and coordinate MEP contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for timely and quality delivery.

9. Review and approve method statements, material submittals, and work plans.

10. Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards during MEP installation and execution.

11. Plan and supervise testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP systems.

• Ensure preparation and submission of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, and handover documentation.
