MEP Manager

Objective of the role: MEP Manager- Hotel & Construction division

MEP Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and executing all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for hotel and construction projects. The candidate should have strong experience in hotel projects, residential buildings, residential developments, and infrastructure works.

Location: Mira- Bhayander. Only Mumbai candidates are preferred.

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage complete MEP activities for hotel, resort, residential, and commercial construction projects.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Supervise HVAC systems, ventilation, firefighting systems, pumps, and mechanical equipment installation.
• Manage plumbing, drainage, water supply, sewage treatment, and firefighting systems.
• Lead site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and vendors.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and site inspections.
• Coordinate with procurement teams for material planning and approvals.
• Implement preventive maintenance and risk management practices.
• Ensure proper documentation, reports, and compliance records are maintained.
• Monitor MEP project costs and control wastage.
• Verify contractor bills, BOQs, and material usage.

Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering.
• Additional certifications in MEP/HVAC/Project Management preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in MEP project execution in hotel, resort, township, high-rise building projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and building systems.
