Job Description

Noster is an interior fit-out and architecture firm based in Kerala, with a strong presence in Trivandrum and Kochi. Location: Trivandrum, Kerala

Experience: 8–15 Years

Compensation: Up to ₹15 Lakh per annum (CTC), based on experience, technical expertise, and overall suitability for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and ELV design functions.
  • Review client requirements and develop suitable MEP design strategies.
  • Coordinate with architects, interior designers, structural consultants and contractors.
  • Review and approve all MEP drawings, calculations and BOQs.
  • Ensure compliance with NBC, IS codes, fire regulations and local authority requirements.
  • Conduct site visits and resolve technical issues during execution.
  • Guide junior engineers and designers.
  • Attend client meetings and technical presentations.
  • Develop design standards, templates and quality control procedures.
  • Support estimation, tendering and project planning activities.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and ELV systems.
  • Experience in commercial offices, IT parks, hospitality or institutional projects.
  • Ability to review load calculations, equipment selections and service coordination.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit MEP.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience managing multidisciplinary MEP teams.
  • Exposure to green building standards such as IGBC or LEED.
  • Experience in office fit-outs and commercial interiors.
