Location: Trivandrum, Kerala
Experience: 8–15 Years
Compensation: Up to ₹15 Lakh per annum (CTC), based on experience, technical expertise, and overall suitability for the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and ELV design functions.
- Review client requirements and develop suitable MEP design strategies.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, structural consultants and contractors.
- Review and approve all MEP drawings, calculations and BOQs.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, IS codes, fire regulations and local authority requirements.
- Conduct site visits and resolve technical issues during execution.
- Guide junior engineers and designers.
- Attend client meetings and technical presentations.
- Develop design standards, templates and quality control procedures.
- Support estimation, tendering and project planning activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and ELV systems.
- Experience in commercial offices, IT parks, hospitality or institutional projects.
- Ability to review load calculations, equipment selections and service coordination.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit MEP.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred:
- Experience managing multidisciplinary MEP teams.
- Exposure to green building standards such as IGBC or LEED.
- Experience in office fit-outs and commercial interiors.
