Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

To handle & lead MEP team for complete Designing, Planning & installation of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing network in construction project
Good in HVAC
In house Co-ordination with management team for finalization of electrical, plumbing, firefighting, etc. drawings.
Costing and tendering
Must have exp. in executing and billing of CPWD / Govt building projects
Electrical, plumbing, firefighting, etc. Material & store management with MIS reports on daily basis.
MEP - Position is fully responsible to successfully manage, execute, complete, handover multiple MEP projects related to
Manpower Labor management on daily basis.
Maintenance of Electrical, Plumbing and firefighting assets of Existing logistics park of the organization in coordination with the facility manager
development of logistic hubs at region, Institutional buildings, Infrastructure projects, HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting
Electrical, Plumbing, sanitary, drainage, sewage, HVAC , Fire, LV, BMS etc.
