Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Maintenance Manager oversees the operation, repair, and preventive maintenance of building systems—including HVAC, lighting, fire safety, and water supply—to ensure optimal facility performance, safety, and energy efficiency. They lead technical teams, manage vendor contracts, control budgets, and ensure compliance with safety codes.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Maintenance: Oversee daily operation, preventive, and breakdown maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, firefighting, and building management systems (BMS).Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule technicians and engineers, ensuring safety standards are followed.Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to identify hazards, maintenance needs, and performance improvements.Budget Management: Develop and manage annual operating budgets (OPEX) and repair expenses.Contractor Management: Handle Vendor Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), negotiate contracts, and manage third-party service providers.Energy Management: Implement energy-efficient solutions and monitor consumption data to reduce costs.Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Management.Experience: 3–5+ years in facility maintenance, preferably with experience overseeing multiple sites or complex infrastructures (e.g., data centers, commercial buildings).Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of MEP systems, fire safety regulations, and HVAC.Skills: Strong leadership, project management, troubleshooting, and proficiency in MS Office or facility management software.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Reduction in equipment downtime.Maintenance budget variance.Safety incident rate.Energy consumption reduction targets.
