Role Purpose
As the MEP Manager for Estimation & Tendering, you will lead the end-to-end process for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing packages. You are responsible for ensuring accurate, competitive pricing and technical compliance to drive strategic business growth and win high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Tender Management: Lead the full tendering cycle for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Review drawings and specifications to define scope and manage RFI submissions.
- Estimating & Costing: Prepare precise cost estimates for MEP systems using BOQs and industry benchmarks. Source and evaluate competitive quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Value Engineering: Conduct reviews to optimize project costs while maintaining high quality and regulatory compliance.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with design, procurement, and project teams. Support business development in pre-bid meetings and technical presentations.
- Risk & Compliance: Identify commercial risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure all bids align with industry standards and internal quality protocols.
- Post-Tender Support: Facilitate contract negotiations and prepare comprehensive handover packages for the project delivery teams.
Skills & Competencies
- Deep technical knowledge of MEP systems and construction methodologies.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret complex contracts.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record in MEP tendering and estimating for medium to large-scale projects.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong network of MEP contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
