What Were Looking For
BE / Diploma - Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
8-12 years of experience in FPS Sales & Tendering (Fire Protection Systems)
Strong knowledge of NBC, NFPA, IS fire safety standards
Expertise in estimation & costing of wet (hydrant/sprinkler) & gas-based systems
Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP tools
Excellent communication, documentation & client-handling skills
Key Responsibilities
- Review RFQs, tender documents, fire system drawings, specs & GCC/SCC clauses
- Prepare FPS cost estimations, BOQs & techno-commercial offers
- Develop value engineering solutions for cost-effective delivery
- Handle vendor quotations, negotiations & proposal documentation
- Coordinate with design, procurement & execution teams
- Manage costing & handovers using ERP/SAP
- Ensure profitability through accurate pricing & margins
- Track market trends & competitor intelligence while building strong client relations
