Job Description

Job Role – MEP Front Line Supervisor (FLS) Trainee

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day MEP activities at high-rise residential projects.
  • Guide and monitor workmen/subcontractors to ensure planned activities are completed safely, efficiently and as per schedule.
  • Major exposure to conduit laying, back box fixing and other MEP installation works.
  • Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.
  • Monitor manpower deployment, productivity and material utilization at site.
  • Coordinate with engineers and other agencies to resolve site issues and avoid rework.
  • Assist in daily progress tracking, measurements, inspections and reporting.
  • Develop practical knowledge of MEP execution, workmen management and high-rise construction practices.
