Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site MEP - Estimation role located in Mumbai. The incumbent will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works, and coordinating with project teams for accurate budgeting. Key responsibilities include reviewing project drawings and technical specifications, generating detailed price breakdowns, evaluating vendor quotes, and supporting tender processes. The role may also involve advising on cost optimization and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MEP Estimation, Costing, and Budget Analysis
• Strong skills in reviewing blueprints, technical specifications, and project documentation
• Experience in vendor coordination, price comparisons, and market analysis
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems infrastructure
• Knowledge of industry regulations, building codes, and safety compliance
• Advanced proficiency in relevant software for estimation and project management (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, or other estimation tools)
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or related field
• Relevant on-site experience in infrastructure or construction projects is an advantage
