Should have prior experience of quantity estimation/survey/Take Off for different services/packages under MEP works.
Must have experience in QS and Billing works related to electrical, HVAC, FF, etc.
Must have working/expertise knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Fire-fighting, IT services/packages under MEP works.
Good understand of design engineering, value engineering etc.
Should have experience of working with MEP Drawings.
Should be able to Monitor and control project cost estimates and ensure that the right specification in line with approved designs is deployed on the projects.
Knowledge of MEP construction and subcontracting (electrical and controls preferred).
