Key Responsibilities
Project Execution
- Supervise and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works on-site, ensuring timely and quality completion of project activities.
Coordination with Teams
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing teams to ensure integration and alignment of services during execution.
Drawing & Plan Review
- Review MEP drawings, layouts, and specifications. Ensure implementation as per design and industry standards.
Vendor & Contractor Management
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for material delivery, work execution, and issue resolution.
Site Supervision
- Monitor daily site activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently.
Progress Reporting
- Maintain site reports, update project progress, and communicate status to project managers and stakeholders.
