MEP Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Engineer to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in planning, designing, and executing MEP systems in high-end commercial interior projects. You'll play a key role in coordinating between design, engineering, vendors, and site execution teams to ensure all systems are seamlessly integrated and executed on time.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, fire-fighting, and plumbing.

Interpret MEP drawings and coordinate with design teams to ensure compliance with architectural and structural layouts.

Review and validate shop drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals.

Supervise MEP vendors and subcontractors on-site to ensure quality, safety, and timely execution.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during construction and fit-out phases.

Coordinate with procurement teams for materials and ensure compliance with project specs.

Ensure adherence to relevant codes, standards, and energy efficiency practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).

Experience in MEP coordination and execution in interior fit-out or construction projects.

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire systems, and electrical design.

Experience in high-end commercial projects is preferred.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MEP design tools.

Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
