MEP Engineer (Interior Fitout)

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced MEP Engineers to join our Project Execution and Delivery team. The role involves planning, execution, and delivery of MEP systems for large-scale corporate interior fit-out projects across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute MEP systems for corporate interior fit-out projects
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and vendors for seamless project delivery
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation using AutoCAD/Revit
• Manage MEP installation, testing, and commissioning activities
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions
• Ensure projects are delivered within timelines and budget constraints
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including clients, consultants, and contractors
• Maintain project documentation and prepare progress reports
• Travel to project sites across India as required

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering
• Diploma in relevant MEP discipline will also be considered

Experience:

• 2-8 years of experience in MEP execution for workplace/corporate projects
• Proven track record of executing projects of minimum 1 lakh square feet
• Experience in corporate interior fit-out projects is mandatory
