Role Description

• Coordinate and supervise MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing).
• Review MEP drawings, layouts and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors and consultants.
• Supervise installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, firefighting and plumbing systems.
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings, BOQ and specifications.
• Monitor quality, safety and project timelines.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Verify materials, equipment and workmanship.
• Prepare/review shop drawings, method statements and material submittals.
• Coordinate vendors and subcontractors.
• Ensure statutory and safety compliance.
• Assist in estimation, cost control and billing verification.
• Prepare progress reports and attend review meetings. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline; a master's degree is an advantage.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Engineering and Building Services design and implementation.
• Candidates should possess solid expertise in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and MEP Coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
• Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Plumbing systems and their integration with overall building services.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with relevant electrical and building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in design and coordination tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar), and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and experience working on commercial or residential building projects.
