MEP Engineer / Consultant
Experience: 2–3 Years Preferred | Maximum 5 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC and ELV drawings.
- Supervise MEP execution at site as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and internal project teams.
- Identify and resolve drawing, coordination and site execution issues.
- Prepare progress reports, IRs, as-built drawings and relevant documentation.
- Assist in quantity estimation, material planning and monitoring.
- Support testing, commissioning, snag closure and final handover.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality and project timelines.
Mandatory Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant MEP experience; maximum 5 years.
- Hands-on experience in MEP execution and coordination for construction / real estate projects.
- Strong understanding of Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP, architectural and construction drawings.
- Strong site coordination, documentation and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic Revit MEP.
- Understanding of NBC, IS Codes and applicable local authority requirements.
- Familiarity with HVAC, DG Sets, STP/WTP, Firefighting and Electrical Distribution Systems.
