Electrical Engineer MEP (HighRise Residential Conduiting & Wiring)
Responsible for planning, executing, and supervising electrical conduiting, wiring, and MEP systems in highrise residential buildings. Ensures all installations follow approved drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise electrical conduiting, wiring, DB installation, earthing, and cable tray works for apartments, shafts, basements, and common areas.
- Review and implement GFC drawings, SLDs, MEP coordination drawings, and electrical layouts.
- Coordinate closely with civil, plumbing, firefighting, and HVAC teams to avoid clashes and rework.
- Ensure conduits, boxes, and MEP embeds are correctly positioned before slab casting and blockwork.
- Monitor electrical material usage (conduits, wires, DBs, accessories) and ensure optimal utilization.
- Conduct quality checks for alignment, levels, bends, box fixing, jointing, and safety compliance.
- Supervise electricians, helpers, and subcontractors; ensure productivity as per daily targets.
- Support electrical testing activities such as IR testing, continuity checks, DB dressing, and precommissioning.
- Maintain safety practices, PPE compliance, and safe temporary power arrangements.
- Prepare daily progress reports and submit installation status updates.
- Prepare accurate and complete AsBuilt Drawings reflecting actual site execution and final routing.
Qualifications & Skills
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 512 years of execution experience in highrise residential electrical works.
- Strong knowledge of electrical conduiting, wiring, DB installation, earthing, and lowvoltage systems.
- Ability to read & interpret electrical drawings and prepare asbuilt documentation.
- Good coordination, supervision, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
