Job Title: MEP Draughtsman

Location: Gurgaon / Project Sites

Experience: 69 Years (Experience with Consultancy Firms / EPC Companies / Architectural Firms preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled MEP Draughtsman with 69 years of experience to prepare detailed drawings and layouts for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. The candidate will work closely with engineers and project teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of drawings as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed MEP drawings including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting layouts

Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings

Interpret design drawings and specifications provided by engineers

Ensure drawings comply with project standards and client requirements

Coordinate with MEP Engineers, site teams, and consultants

Revise drawings based on site conditions and engineer feedback

Maintain proper documentation and drawing records

Assist in BOQ preparation and material quantity take-offs

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D)
• Understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills

Qualifications:

• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil or relevant field
• Certification in AutoCAD or drafting tools (preferred)

Preferred Experience:

• 69 years of hands-on experience in MEP drafting
• Experience working with Consultancy Firms / EPC Companies / Architectural Firms
• Experience in commercial, warehouse, industrial, or infrastructure projects

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
