MEP Designer (Managed Office Space)

We are looking for a MEP Designer responsible for developing and releasing accurate MEP technical drawings for workspace fit-out projects, with strong focus on Revit-based design and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and release MEP drawings using Revit.
• Prepare HVAC, MEP, Fire Fighting and Alarm, and ELV layouts.
• Coordinate MEP models and drawings with Architecture, Interior and Project teams.
• Identify and resolve design clashes and coordination issues.
• Prepare/review MEP BOQs, specifications and technical documentation.
• Manage drawing revisions and timely release of design deliverables.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable NBC, fire safety and technical standards.
• Provide technical clarifications to execution teams when required.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 4–8 years of MEP Design experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Revit MEP and technical drawing development.
• Good understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Plumbing and ELV systems.
• Experience in commercial interiors, corporate offices, coworking or managed workspaces.
• Good understanding of MEP coordination, BIM and technical documentation.
